The GCE shall draft and amend according to the following guidelines. Such bylaws as are necessary for the implementation of this constitution.

A. No bylaw in violation of the Scriptures or of the terms of this constitution shall be valid.

B. Notice of any proposed Ministry Plan amendments must be made with a three week verbal notice from the pulpit. This notice will be made from the pulpit, posted on the church bulletin board, and printed in the weekly bulletin.

C. Any amendments to this constitution must be based upon the unanimous recommendation of the GCE and the affirmative consensus of the voting membership.
